Le ministère de la Santé de l'État rapporte qu'il y a eu 79 cas supplémentaires de COVID-19 à Hawai'i vendredi.

Il y a eu 68 cas identifiés comme confirmés et 11 cas probables ont été ajoutés au décompte.

Mise à jour COVID-19 du 2 juillet 2021  : 79 cas

Les cas confirmés comprenaient : 43 sur O'ahu (+9 probables) ; neuf sur Kaua'i; six sur l'île d'Hawai'i (+1 probable) ; quatre sur Maui (+1 probable) ; et six chez les résidents d'Hawaï diagnostiqués alors qu'ils étaient hors de l'État.

Au total, 612 cas ont été enregistrés au cours des deux dernières semaines dans l'État d'Hawaï, dont 71 dans le comté de Maui.

La moyenne de Maui sur 14 jours pour les nouveaux cas de COVID-19 est de quatre et le taux de positivité des tests sur la même période est de 1,4%.

Les décès dus au COVID-19 à Hawaï sont restés inchangés à 518, aucun nouveau décès n'a été signalé aujourd'hui.

L'État a commencé à ajouter des cas probables au décompte quotidien le 18 mai 2021. Le département rapporte qu'à l'avenir, les cas confirmés et probables nouvellement signalés seront inclus dans le nombre total de cas pour l'État. Le DOH indique que les cas probables ont déjà été signalés dans un tableau séparé, mais dit que les inclure dans les dénombrements à l'avenir "donnera une image plus complète de l'activité de la maladie à Hawai'i". Les responsables du ministère affirment que les cas probables qui seront confirmés par la suite ne seront pas comptés deux fois, mais qu'ils seront plutôt reclassés de probable à confirmé. Les cas probables sont définis comme ceux qui ont soit un résultat positif au test d'antigène (sans test de confirmation de suivi), soit étaient symptomatiques et avaient une exposition connue mais n'ont pas été testés.

Il y a sept personnes hospitalisées dans le comté de Maui avec COVID-19, selon les derniers décomptes mis à jour le 1er juillet 2021, de l'Agence de gestion des urgences d'Hawai'i.

Il y a actuellement 15 lits de soins intensifs utilisés dans le comté de Maui (sur 31 actuellement disponibles). Trois des lits de soins intensifs sont utilisés par des patients COVID-19. Huit ventilateurs (sur 38 disponibles) sont utilisés dans le comté de Maui, deux étant utilisés par les patients COVID-19.

Jusqu'au 2 juillet 2021, on estime que 1 690 038 doses de vaccin ont été administrées dans tout l'État, dont 313 323 doses de pharmacie, 166 510 doses d'agences fédérales et 1 210 205 doses d'État à Hawaï. La population totale de l'État est de 1 415 857. Le DOH rapporte que 62,7% de la population de l'État a reçu une dose de vaccination et 58,3% ont terminé la vaccination complète.

À Maui, le DOH rapporte que 60 % (98 896) de la population totale du comté de Maui a commencé un vaccin, tandis que 50 % (82 933) ont terminé un cycle complet de vaccination. Au total, le comté de Maui a administré 181 829 doses parmi une population totale de 166 378. * Les décomptes du comté n'incluent pas les doses provenant des programmes de pharmacie fédéraux, des établissements de soins de longue durée et des maisons de soins infirmiers ou d'autres agences fédérales.

C'est actuellement la seule zone de la catégorie jaune moyen (11-50 cas sur deux semaines).

D'autres régions de l'île de Maui ont de faibles taux d'infection allant de 0 à 10 cas sur deux semaines. Les nouveaux cas portent aujourd'hui le total cumulé de cas à 36 120 confirmés dans tout l'État, signalés depuis le 28 février 2020.

Le total cumulé de cas dans le comté de Maui est de 4 049 cas confirmés au cours de la pandémie. À ce jour, il y a eu 56 cas confirmés sur l'île de Moloka'i, 112 à Lāna'i et 3 881 à Maui.

Il y a 4 049 cas confirmés documentés dans le comté de Maui au cours de la pandémie, plus 847 cas probables supplémentaires, ce qui porte le nombre total de cas attribués au comté à 4 896

Le ministère de la Santé de l'État a maintenant regroupé les cas probables et réels classés par code postal. Ce numéro de procuration pour les « cas actifs » résout les problèmes de classification pour les cas impossibles à joindre ou qui sont hors de la juridiction, pour lesquels la date précise de sortie de l'isolement peut ne pas être possible de déterminer. Il n'est pas non plus influencé par les retards dans la saisie des données.

Rapport de cluster  : mis à jour chaque semaine (1 juillet 2021)

Le ministère de la Santé de l'État a publié son rapport hebdomadaire mis à jour sur les groupes, détaillant les informations sur les cas de COVID-19 dans certains contextes.

Le rapport sur les clusters, qui couvre la période allant jusqu'au 1er juillet 2021, n'a identifié que deux clusters actifs dans le comté de Maui. Il existe un groupe dans un cadre éducatif qui comprend six cas, dont trois associés au cadre principal. L'autre groupe se trouve dans un lieu de culte, où huit cas font l'objet d'une enquête, tous survenus dans le cadre principal.

Le rapport ne montre pas combien de personnes infectées se sont rétablies. Bien que des catégories générales aient été identifiées, les responsables de la santé ont déclaré qu'ils n'identifiaient généralement pas les emplacements spécifiques des grappes à moins qu'il n'y ait une « menace sanitaire imminente ».

À ce jour, il y a eu 518 décès liés au COVID-19 à Hawai'i, dont  : 401 à O'ahu, 57 dans le comté de Maui, 55 sur l'île d'Hawai'i, deux à Kaua'i et trois décès chez des résidents diagnostiqués en dehors de l'État, dont l'un d'une personne âgée. Un résident de Kaua'i décédé hors de l'État, en Arizona, et un autre impliquant un homme âgé de 60 à 69 ans souffrant de problèmes de santé sous-jacents qui avait été incarcéré hors de l'État et décédé dans un hôpital.

Les cas apparus au cours des 14 derniers jours se sont produits dans toutes les régions de Maui, à l'exception de la ville de Hāna, à l'est de Maui, des îles de Lānaʻi et Molokaʻi, Kula et Spreckelsville, selon la cartographie du DOH.

L'île de Molokaʻi a été rajoutée à la carte active le 11 février, avec un nouveau cas signalé à l'époque, de nouveaux cas supplémentaires ont été signalés les : 15 et 18 février ; 12, 18, 21, 22 et 24 mars; 15 et 23 avril; 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 21, 23, 25 et 28 mai ; et 25 juin ; portant le total de l'île à 56 cas confirmés.

À Lānaʻi, 105 infections ont été associées à l'épidémie, signalée pour la première fois le mardi 20 octobre 2020. Les grands rassemblements sociaux et la transmission domestique ont été identifiés comme les principaux moteurs de cette épidémie. Une ordonnance de sécurité à domicile a été conclue le 30 novembre 2020 et l'île est revenue à un statut d'acte avec prise en charge le 1er décembre 2020. De nouveaux cas ont été signalés à Lāna'i les 28 janvier, 5 et 6 février. les 17, 23 et 31 mars et 7 mai 2021, pour un total de 112 cas à ce jour cas confirmés.

Mises À jour de la quarantaine  :

  • Le mardi 15 juin, l'État d'Hawaï a mis fin aux restrictions sur les voyages entre les comtés. "Il n'y aura aucun test ni aucune exigence de quarantaine pour les voyages entre les comtés", a déclaré le gouverneur Ige. Toutes les restrictions de voyage inter-îles ont été supprimées. Ceux qui sont en quarantaine ne pourront pas voyager.
  • À compter du 15 juin également, une exemption de quarantaine est entrée en vigueur pour les voyageurs entrants dans l'État qui sont vérifiés comme ayant été vaccinés à Hawaii. Si les voyageurs ont été vaccinés à Hawai'i et que l'État peut le vérifier, ils peuvent désormais contourner la quarantaine sans test préalable au voyage lorsqu'ils retournent à Hawai'i depuis le continent

À 60 % de taux de vaccination qui devrait être atteint le 8 juillet

  • Lorsque le taux de vaccination complète de l'État atteint 60 % (ce qui devrait se produire le 8 juillet), l'État acceptera une preuve de vaccination par le biais du programme Safe Travels, pour les voyages intérieurs, y compris les voyageurs transpacifiques vaccinés aux États-Unis et voyageant depuis États-Unis, Alaska et territoires américains à Hawai'i
  • Rassemblements sociaux : 25 seront autorisés à l'intérieur et 75 autorisés à l'extérieur
  • Restaurants  : jusqu'à 75 % de capacité (avec un maximum de 25 groupes à l'intérieur et 75 à l'extérieur)

**REMARQUE  : les objectifs de vaccination à l'échelle de l'État n'affecteront pas les politiques COVID-19 des comtés concernant les événements structurés, les mariages, etc. Cela s'applique uniquement aux voyages, aux réunions sociales et aux restaurants.

À 70% de taux de vaccination, les voyages en toute sécurité se terminent

  • Lorsque le taux de vaccination complète de l'État atteint 70 %, TOUTES les restrictions de voyage seront levées et le programme Safe Travels prendra fin. Le gouverneur Ige a déclaré qu'à ce point de référence, il prévoyait également d'abandonner le mandat des masques d'intérieur

Hawai'i Mask Mandat levé pour l'extérieurDepuis le 25 mai 2021, le mandat du masque d'Hawaï a été levé pour l'extérieur, mais reste en place pour l'intérieur. À l'extérieur, les gens sont toujours encouragés à se masquer lorsqu'ils sont en grands groupes de 10 personnes ou plus. Le gouverneur David Ige a également annoncé qu'il levait la suspension des compétitions de sports océaniques à compter du 1er juin pour autoriser des événements tels que le surf, le canoë-kayak et la natation.

Le test secondaire obligatoire à l'arrivée à Maui pour les vols transpacifiques se termine le 4 juin, 2021

Le test rapide après l'arrivée à l'aéroport de Kahului s'est terminé le 4 juin après un mois complet de fonctionnement. Depuis le début du programme le 4 mai, il n'y a eu que cinq tests positifs confirmés sur les plus de 110 000 tests effectués après l'arrivée. Le maire de Maui, Michael Victorino, a déclaré que le programme avait coûté au comté entre 2,5 et 2,7 millions de dollars, mais dans le même souffle, il a fourni des informations importantes sur la source de la transmission des variantes ainsi que sur la prise en compte de la propagation communautaire.

À compter du 15 juin 2021  : Règles d'urgence modifiées à Maui  : rassemblements extérieurs élargis, heures d'ouverture des restaurants

  • La limite des rassemblements sociaux en plein air est augmentée à 25 personnes (les rassemblements sociaux en intérieur sont toujours limités à 10 personnes)
  • Les restaurants peuvent désormais fonctionner jusqu'à minuit ; et
  • Jusqu'à 200 personnes peuvent désormais assister à des événements sportifs en plein air

À compter du 9 mai 2021  : les nouvelles règles de Maui incluent une augmentation de l'occupation de tous les commerces de détail à 50 %

Le gouverneur Ige signe la 20e proclamation d'urgence COVID-19

Le 7 mai 2021, le gouverneur David Ige a signé la 20e proclamation sur COVID-19 pour permettre aux voyageurs inter-comtés vaccinés dans l'État d'Hawaï de contourner les tests préalables au voyage et/ou l'exigence de quarantaine à partir du 11 mai.

La plate-forme Safe Travels de l'État a été mise en ligne le 7 mai, permettant aux voyageurs de télécharger leurs informations de voyage et leurs données de vaccination.

La 20e proclamation ne traite que de l'exception relative aux vaccins pour les voyages inter-comtés qui se poursuit pendant la durée de la 19e proclamation précédente. La 19e proclamation - qui comprend le moratoire sur les expulsions interdisant les expulsions pour non-paiement du loyer et la prolongation des expirations des permis de conduire, des cartes d'identité et des permis d'État - se poursuit jusqu'au 8 juin 2021. Les dispositions seront réévaluées pour déterminer si elles seront figurer dans la prochaine proclamation.

Le gouvernement Ige réduit la quarantaine de 14 à 10 jours

Le gouverneur David Ige a signé une 17e proclamation d'urgence COVID-19 réduisant la période d'auto-quarantaine obligatoire de l'État pour les voyageurs entrant dans l'État et voyageant entre les comtés de 14 à 10 jours. La politique est entrée en vigueur le jeudi 17 décembre à 00h01.
